Simply amazing software (SAS) is a privately owned company that was established in 1998.
Our mission is to provide affordable, yet powerful customer service solutions to organizations of all sizes that treat their customers as the highest priority.
Our talented and creative developers are highly motivated to create user-friendly and powerful software that our clients enjoy using.
HelpDesk Pro was originally built on the FileMaker Pro database engine, however the desire to give our clients a product which fully benefited from the power and accessibility of the web caused us to completely rewrite the application in 2003. Today, HelpDesk Pro has a 4th generation, 100% web-based engine, and clients only need a web browser to access their copy.
